KamishaRa MezouPtah is a former educator who has taken her love of learning and teaching, and applied them to the entrepreneurial arena.

KamishaRa serves as Market Coordinator for the Caribbean Marketplace within Urbane’s touchstone project, Flatbush Central. KamishaRa was born and raised in Brooklyn, New York, with strong and longtime ties to the Flatbush community. She is the creator and owner of Scent~Sational Touch, a handmade skin and hair care product line produced in the heart of Flatbush and graduated from Urbane’s trauma-informed Community Business Academy. As a micro-business owner with longstanding Brooklyn resident, KamishaRa has a strong passion for supporting her peer entrepreneurs grow their networks and build skills for success. She is an active contributing member of Jasi’s Business Share, an entrepreneur group that convenes several times a year to share experiences, lessons and challenges on their entrepreneurial journeys.
