Rainesha Wong

Junior Project Manager / Administrative Associate

Rainesha Wong

Rainesha Wong is a Junior Project Manager specializing in real estate development, community anchor development, and the social impact financial ecosystem – leveraging that expertise to further the mission of utilizing real estate as an asset class for community wealth building.

As an JPM, Rainesha (who also goes by Rain) contributes to the team via a hybrid working and management structure to work on multiple Urbane subsidiaries and work processes.

Prior to joining Urbane, Rainesha volunteered at Civil Air Patrol, a non-profit organization, where she flew a plane for the first time at 14 years old. However, her time at Civil Air Patrol was cut short due to her acceptance at a local college, where she began her college career while in high school at 15 years old. She also worked closely with her parents to purchase, renovate, and rent real estate during her teenage years, hence her devotion towards pursuing a career in real estate.

At a young age, Rainesha’s parents emphasized the importance of an education. As a child of immigrants, she understood the importance of their sacrifice to travel to a new country to ensure the well-being of their children. As a result, Rainesha is currently pursuing a dual Bachelor’s degree at Georgia State University in Finance and Computer Information Systems focusing in Data Analysis. She is expected to graduate earlier than her high school class. In her free time, she enjoys volunteering at Junior Achievement, a nonprofit that inspires and prepares young people for success, mentoring high school students as a business coach, and volunteering with her university. She also enjoys playing video games, especially The Last Of Us. She also goes by Rain, and unironically enjoys rainy days.
