Juan C. Perez is the co-founder of Highbrid Media and managing partner of Peremore LLC. Juan has over 20 years of experience in grassroots, digital and multicultural marketing and brand management.
Juan has managed marketing campaigns for brands like AT&T, MetroPCS, Western Union, McDonalds, MoneyGram, Caribbean Airlines, Jamaican Tourist Board, and others. In 2015 Juan spearheaded the launch of Highbrid's #TeamGrassroots Digital Street Team, a proprietary database of over 250 multicultural millennial tastemakers from ten top ethnic markets. Juan is certified in 10 different Hubspot digital marketing and sales disciplines.
Juan has been featured in Inc. Magazine, Black Enterprise, Crain's, New York Post, New York Daily News, New York Business Journal, National Public Radio, amongst others, and was awarded the YGB Strategic Marketer of the Year Award in 2011 and the Home Reporter’s Rising Star 40 under 40 award in 2013.
Juan is also a board member of the Brooklyn Chamber of Commerce, Brooklyn Alliance Capital and the Greater New York YMCA. In 2013, Juan became a Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Business Scholar as a member of its highly competitive Cohort VIII. Juan is the President of the Brooklyn Alumni Chapter of Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity, and Catholic Big Sisters, Big Brothers mentor for over 9 years.
