Nate Englar leverages skill sets in financial systems, asset management, and economic analytics to strategically optimize purposeful place-based real estate and community development models. 

Nate joins the Urbane place-based investment team in the role of Real Estate and Community Infrastructure Analyst - working to conceptualize and execute Urbane’s place-based investment strategy across the Northeast. 
 
Prior to joining the Urbane, Nate was a member of a local development team who created mixed-use commercial corridors and adaptive re-use multifamily projects throughout the Philadelphia metro. 
 
Nate recently completed the M.S. Real Estate Development program at Thomas Jefferson University (TJU) - and also holds a B.S. in Accounting and Finance from TJU. Aside from his work in Philadelphia, Nate also serves as Financial Secretary for a small non-profit in his hometown of York, PA - controlling financial reporting and compliance for community fundraising efforts that contributes over $50,000 annually to local community-centric businesses.
